Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in AV system design, construction drawing review, integration, and maintenance
- Experience with cloud-based meeting platforms
- Able to troubleshoot equipment and diagnose problems in real time to resolve issues
- Able to interact with all levels of management, and perform well in high-pressure situations
- Organized and able to manage and contribute within a team environment
- Must be flexible to meet emergency deadlines that may fall outside of normal work hours
- Must be able to manage own time to maintain accurate records and schedules, as the position requires
- Proficiency in AV control systems, Audio processors (e.g., Crestron, Extron, BIAMP) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- Avixa CTS Certifications preferred
- CCNA - Collaboration / Route Switch certification preferred
