A financial firm is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is remote.
Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Partners closely with the recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Initiates candidate background screening.
- Communicates with candidates and incoming employees and contingent workers throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Interprets and enforces human resources policy.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, background screening, and the hiring process.
- Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
- Frequently communicates with leaders regarding hiring and onboarding.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
Qualifications:
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the talent acquisition space.
